For me, strength training isn’t just about building muscle—it’s about rebuilding confidence, vitality, and self-belief. After years of working in fitness and seeing how women, especially those over 40, were often left out of the conversation, I created Lift with Lala Coaching to change the narrative. My mission is to show women that getting stronger—physically and mentally—is the key to looking, living, and feeling their best at every stage of life.

With a background in performance training, functional movement, and women’s health, I combine intelligent programming with a supportive, real-world approach. Helping clients move better, train smarter, and embrace their bodies with strength and grace—without restrictive diets or endless cardio. Every program I design is rooted in empowerment, education, and longevity.

I truly believe that lifting weights is more than a way to workout—it’s a metaphor for life. Through my coaching, community, and content, I will continue to encourage women everywhere to lift with intention, live with strength, and lead with confidence.
