Lalaina “Lala” Duncan
Lala is a Strength Coach, Pain Free Performance Specialist, and former Lead Trainer for Dogpound NYC.
She has trained people around the world, including at Butcher’s Lab in Denmark, a prestige gym for highly competitive Crossfit athletes pursuing the annual Crossfit Games.
Lala also spent three weeks training in Moscow at the Russian Olympic Weightlifting Academy with some of the biggest names in the sport.
She’s now coached variety of people all over the world to reach their ultimate health, longevity, and physique goals.

Everything will be delivered and managed through my custom-built Personalized Coaching app. This will be your home base for all your programming needs, questions, video demonstrations, private 1:1 messaging, etc.

You need to be able to train at least 3x per week but you can train up to 7 days per week. I will personalize your weekly schedule based on your availability, schedule and goals.

Your program will be individually designed to use the equipment that you have access to at your specific facility, home gym or fitness setup. If you travel and this changes, I’ll be there to give you modifications and alternatives.

Yes, everything is built out based on the extensive intake form you fill out, and further evolves based on your progress and communication with me!

No, I don’t deliver custom nutrition coaching. However I work with you individually to find sustainable behaviors, habits, and macros that match your goals and lifestyle so you can continue to see results long-term.
